I recently had the privilege of buying my dream home with Peter Tomlinson. A co-worker, who was also very happy with him, gave me his number. I called Peter that day and, after our first conversation, never felt the need to call anyone else.
Peter found just what I was hoping for and was a blessing through what was an uneasy escrow. His knowledge and suggestions made the whole process easy to understand and, in the end, saved me tens of thousands of dollars on future repairs. First of all, I cannot believe that we were able to sell so quickly in this market with both my neighbors selling their homes simultaneously. whew, so glad it worked out. Peter made great suggestions and helped us stage the house. He was always there and offered great advice.
